Job Description

Position: POS System Sales & Consultant

Department: Sales

Reports to: MD

Job Purpose:

To drive POS system sales by identifying new clients, consulting businesses on the right solutions, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and generate new business leads.

• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Prepare and present proposals tailored to business needs.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales.

• Assist clients in setting up and using the POS system.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly & quarterly sales targets achieved.

• Number of new clients acquired.

• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.

• Lead conversion rate.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in POS systems or IT solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of POS systems, payment solutions, and retail/hospitality industries.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
