Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular reports, and optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align goals and campaigns.
- Provide product training, demos, and support during key sales negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sale, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, retail technology, or related IT/software products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and deliver sales growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings or client visits.
